Eterra (Eterra.vn) is a premium bathroom brand of Eterra Co., Ltd. (business registration no. 0318858368, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance on 4 March 2025). We supply bathroom equipment built to European design standards and technology — massage bathtubs, vanity units, toilets and showers — with quality checked at every stage before it reaches Vietnamese homes.

Our story
Eterra began in 2025 with an observation from inside the trade: many Vietnamese families want a bathroom that is beautiful, durable and quiet in use, to European standards — but hesitate because imported premium brands are marked up through several tiers of distribution, while cheaper products soon degrade, yellow, leak or lose their fittings.
Our founders, with many years in bathroom equipment and furniture, decided to build a brand of their own for the mid-to-high segment: German design standards and technology, strict control from the choice of material — Acrylic, Stone Resin — to the finished product, and a fairer price than fully imported brands thanks to a streamlined supply chain and direct sales with few intermediaries.
Our products form one coherent bathroom system, for homes as well as projects: massage bathtubs in Acrylic and Stone Resin; vanity units — mirror-cabinet sets, mirrored vanities, stone-top vanities, stone counters and stone basins — from modern and minimal to classic; one- and two-piece toilets and egg-shaped toilets designed to save water and clean easily; and showers that are modern, quiet and quick to install.

Step 2 — Quotation and confirmation. You receive an itemised quote, transparent and without surprises, and confirm your order.
Step 3 — Delivery. Products are packed carefully, checked before leaving the warehouse and delivered to your site or home.
Step 4 — Installation. Our technicians install to specification so everything runs properly from the first use.
Step 5 — Warranty and after-sales. Your warranty is activated as soon as installation is complete, and our technical team stays available for maintenance advice throughout the product’s life.
