– To ensure fairness and protect the interests of end-consumer customers, eterra.vn reserves the right to apply restrictions when implementing promotional programs. These may include, without limitation: limits on the maximum quantity of products a single customer may purchase per promotion; restrictions on the purpose of purchase (products are for personal consumption only and not for commercial use, resale, etc.); or other limitations (if any) detailed within each specific promotional program. These restrictive conditions are hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Policy.

Accordingly, eterra.vn reserves the right not to confirm, to reject, to cancel, or to reclaim delivered products associated with orders that violate any provision of the Promotion Policy.

Genuine sales, not advertising

ETERRA is not a platform for advertising products or storefronts of other sellers.

Mutual respect

We aim to build a safe and civilized customer community where everyone can enjoy the pleasure of mobile shopping (without needing to visit an ETERRA store in person). 

Maintain a good “purchase history”

To receive more loyalty promotions, do not forget to maintain regular purchasing activity; avoid refusing delivery of ordered goods, ensure timely receipt of orders, and minimize… …unnecessary order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

No sale of counterfeit or imitation goods

eterra.vn commits to listing only genuine products, as the sale of counterfeit or imitation goods is illegal. In the event of customer feedback, ETERRA will investigate the matter; if the feedback is verified as accurate, ETERRA will provide compensation to the customer, publish a correction, and remove the items in question from the system.

Other suppliers are not permitted to provide services on the website

Participation method: Through the signing of wholesale/retail contracts with goods suppliers, ETERRA directly collects the goods => transports them to its own warehouse, and delivers them to the buyer.

ETERRA directly collects payment for goods from the buyer/service user and is responsible for issuing invoices to the buyer/service user.

Goods suppliers are not permitted to participate in pricing, interacting with or collecting fees from users, nor do they directly upload content or create storefronts on the system. Products are listed by **ETERRA** only after the stock has arrived at the warehouse.

Pricing 

Pricing for each item is publicly displayed on the website; buyers can view the product price directly and decide whether or not to purchase the item and add it to their order.
